Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be fully processed. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday, you can expect it to ship by Friday at the earliest and the following Tuesday at the latest.
In some cases, orders may be delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or shipping information. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at help@odylen.com within 1 hour of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information entered at checkout. Please refer to our Wrong Address Disclaimer below for more details.

Note: Shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance processes in each country. Some countries clear packages faster than others — please take this into account when placing your order.
Shipping times may also be delayed due to factors outside of our control, including:

- Errors on the shipping carrier's side

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information on the specific rules and fees applicable to your location.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
We operate on a strict shipping schedule and may not always be able to modify a shipping address after an order has been placed. If you need to correct your address, please contact us at help@odylen.com within 1 hour of purchase.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to redirect the package. In the event that the package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, we will issue a full refund upon its arrival. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love your Odylen. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at help@odylen.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at help@odylen.com and we will make it right.
