Refund policy

OVERVIEW

We want you to love your Odylen. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The item is defective due to a manufacturing fault
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item

To start a return, contact us at help@odylen.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at help@odylen.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. Do not wait — claims submitted after 14 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately. Contact us at help@odylen.com to initiate the process.

 

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at help@odylen.com.
